Our Design & Build Process

  • • We listen to what you want from your new home, establishing a Design Brief

    • With our knowledge of costs, and yours of your wallet, we settle on a budget

  • • We deliver our Design Fee Proposal for approval

    • We create a Schematic Design – the first drawings of your new home

    • Through the Design Development phase we work with you to tweak the layout until it’s perfect

    • Town Planning can be daunting, so we manage Council applications for you

    • With the Interior Documentation stage, we get into the detail – materials, fixtures and fittings – and create a 3D image of the internals

  • • We coordinate additional documentation (structural drawing, energy rating and building permit), to ready your project for build

    • We finalise the Scope of Works and formalise a build quote

    • We detail the Finishes Schedule & Selections

    • We prepare, discuss and sign your Building Contract

  • • The day has come – works commence onsite

    • We provide regular updates on progress, throughout the build

    • You’ll be able to walk through your project to see the progress for yourself

  • • An Occupancy Permit is granted after an inspection

    • You’ll visit your completed home for a final walkthrough, to check you’re satisfied with the build

    • The final handover – we give you the keys to your new home – time to relax!
